2 Year Frame Warranty
Every Raider bicycle frame is covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the original date of purchase from an authorised Raider dealer.
What’s Covered
- Structural cracks or failures in the frame caused by a manufacturing defect
- Defects in welds or frame construction under normal riding conditions
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chains, cassettes, cables, bearings)
- Damage from accidents, crashes, misuse, or neglect
- Damage from unauthorised modifications, incorrect assembly, or non-standard parts
- Cosmetic wear such as paint chips or scratches
- Bikes used for commercial hire, racing, or competitive downhill/enduro riding unless specified for that use
- Components and accessories fitted to the bike (forks, drivetrain, brakes) — these typically carry their own manufacturer warranties
How to Claim
To make a warranty claim, take your bike — along with proof of purchase — to the authorised Raider dealer you bought it from, or your nearest dealer if that’s not possible. They’ll inspect the bike and liaise with us directly. You can also reach us via our contact page if you’re not sure where to start.
